At EcoFlow PH, we stand by the quality of our portable power solutions and offer a 7-day return period for factory defects and a 15-day exchange policy for eligible electronics. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our customer support team via our official website or email within the eligible return period to submit your request and photos of the item.

    Technical Evaluation

    Our certified technicians will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the product meets our warranty criteria.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the EcoFlow unit in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are inside, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Return Shipping & Processing

    Ship the unit to our designated service center in Metro Manila; once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
